About Dromlik

Dromlik is a cloud business phone system for high call-volume Irish businesses. It combines smart call routing, local Irish numbers, a 24/7 AI receptionist that answers and captures enquiries, and omnichannel messaging over WhatsApp, SMS and more, all on one platform. Its promise is simple: never miss a lead.

My role

As Web Development Specialist at Drömlik, I work on the Irish website continuously. My job is to make the site faster and easier to navigate, and better at turning visitors from different industries into booked discovery calls.

What I've done

• Header and menu redesign. Rebuilt the navigation so visitors can quickly find the product, the industries Dromlik serves and the onboarding steps.
• Industry landing pages. Built pages for specific sectors, such as recruitment and financial services, each written around that industry's cost of a missed call.
• Blog categories. Organised the blog into clear categories so readers and search engines can browse related topics.
• Page speed improvements. Optimised assets and page structure in WordPress and Elementor so pages load faster, which matters for both user experience and Core Web Vitals.
• Pop-up fixes. Fixed pop-ups that were misbehaving, so lead capture works without getting in the visitor's way.

Why it matters

Dromlik sells to businesses that lose money every time a call goes unanswered, so the website has to be just as responsive. Clear navigation, industry-specific landing pages and fast load times help each visitor see quickly how Dromlik fits their business and move on to booking a discovery call. Organised blog content builds topical authority for searches around cloud phone systems in Ireland.
