About RKI258

RKI258 (PT. Ruyung Kawung Indonesia) is a Bandung-based distributor of natural products and the official distributor of Gentong Mas, a herbal palm sugar product. Its network runs from head office down to provinces, regencies and districts, with more than 1,200 active agents and more than 850 partner pharmacies and drug stores bringing products to customers across Indonesia.

The brief

RKI258 needed its first proper website: a professional online home that introduces the company and its products, explains how its distribution network works, and is easy to find when people in Indonesia search for Gentong Mas or herbal products. I worked directly with the client and built the site from scratch.

What I built

• Homepage. Opens with a slider of company events and agent gatherings, followed by the brand message "Kebaikan Alam untuk Kehidupan yang Lebih Baik" (Nature's goodness for a better life).
• Distribution story. A section that sets out how products flow from head office to provinces, regencies and districts, highlighting the agent and partner pharmacy network.
• Product showcase. A dedicated section and page for Gentong Mas ("Manis Ini yang Baik", the sweetness that is good for you).
• Social proof. "Suara Konsumen Kami" customer testimonials and a "Momen Gentong Mas" photo gallery that show the brand in everyday life.
• Supporting pages. About, Products, Contact, Help & Info, and Terms & Privacy, with the Bandung office address and contact details.
• Warm, recognisable design. An orange and brown palette that echoes Gentong Mas packaging and the natural palm sugar it is made from.

SEO

The site was built with search in mind from the start:

• Titles and meta descriptions that target the brand and product, such as "RKI258 – Distributor Resmi Gentong Mas".
• A clear heading structure on every page, so search engines understand what each page is about.
• Indonesian-language content written around how local customers and prospective agents actually search.

Why it works

For a distributor, credibility is everything. Customers, agents and pharmacy partners want to see that the company is real, established and well organised. The site leads with real events and people, makes the scale of the network concrete, and is set up to be found in search. That makes it an online home RKI258 can grow with.
