Overview
Rumahza is a dedicated property marketplace serving the Bandung area. I developed the full platform from scratch, creating an intuitive system for property listings, search, and user management.

Challenges & Solutions
Complex Listing System — Properties have many attributes and images. I designed a step-by-step posting flow that makes creating listings simple while collecting all necessary information.
Performance — Real estate sites are image-heavy. I implemented lazy loading, optimized image delivery, and server-side pagination to maintain fast load times even with thousands of listings.
