Visual Troope is a web design agency in the Philippines: a team of creative designers offering web design, branding, social media, web maintenance and video explainers, from first design concept to ongoing support.

The brief

An agency's own website is its strongest sales tool, and Visual Troope was also running ads that needed somewhere focused to send traffic. I was asked to upgrade the main website and build a dedicated funnel that turns ad clicks into leads.

What I did

• Agency website upgrade. Refreshed the Elementor site, covering services, about, e-commerce, latest projects, testimonials and clients, so it presents the agency's work professionally.
• Two-page ad funnel:
  • Landing page. A focused page that explains the offer clearly and leads straight to a lead form, without the distractions of the full site.
  • Portfolio and packages page. Shows real work alongside clear service packages, so prospects can judge quality and price in one place.
• Lead form. A short form designed to capture enquiries with as little friction as possible.
• Sticky mobile call bar. A call bar that stays on screen on mobile, so ad visitors can call the agency at any point while scrolling.

Why a funnel works better for ads

Sending paid traffic to a general homepage wastes clicks, because visitors wander off. A two-step funnel keeps them on one path: understand the offer, see the proof and pricing, then get in touch. Most ad traffic is mobile, so the sticky call bar keeps the most direct action available at every moment.
