About GWAY Pro
GWAY Pro is a carpet cleaning company serving homes and businesses across Western Sydney. Its range goes well beyond carpets: steam cleaning, upholstery, leather, mattress, rug, tile and grout, and stone cleaning, all from a friendly, highly trained team that positions itself as affordable, trusted and efficient.
The brief
GWAY Pro needed a website built from the ground up: something that looks professional from the first second, explains a wide range of services clearly and makes getting a quote effortless. Working through an agency partner, I owned the project from the first mockup to launch.
What I did
- Homepage mockup and colour scheme. Designed the homepage concept and a clean blue-and-white palette that feels fresh and trustworthy, a natural fit for a cleaning brand.
- Conversion-first hero. A clear "Carpet Cleaners Western Sydney" headline with three direct actions: call, get a quote or book online.
- Social proof up front. Google reviews placed right below the hero, so visitors see what real customers say before they scroll any further.
- Service pages. A page for each service, from carpet steam cleaning to tile and stone, so every service can rank for its own searches.
- Pricing page. Transparent pricing that answers the visitor's biggest question before they pick up the phone.
- Pre-launch polish:
- Branded headings across the site for a consistent look.
- An address field on every quote form, so the team gets the location it needs to quote accurately the first time.
- A curated selection of images that shows real, clean results.

Why it works
Carpet cleaning is a high-intent, local search. People want a trusted cleaner nearby and a price, fast. GWAY Pro's site answers both in the first screen, backs it up with reviews, and makes every next step (call, quote or book) one tap away. The small pre-launch details, like the address field, save the team back-and-forth and make quotes quicker.
Platform
WordPress, responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile.
