Shaishav Insulation Inc is an insulation contractor based in Brampton, Ontario, serving commercial and industrial clients. It specialises in pipe insulation, duct insulation, all mechanical insulation and fire stop services, with a focus on energy efficiency, safety and excellent workmanship.

The brief

Shaishav needed a professional website quickly: a credible online presence that explains its services to contractors and property managers and makes it easy to get in touch. I delivered the site in under a month, in July 2024.

What I built

• Hand-coded from scratch. Built with plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with no page builder and no heavy framework. The result is a lightweight site that loads fast and has very little to maintain or update for security.
• Clear hero. "Insulation Solutions" over an industrial background, with a one-line summary of the four core services and a direct Contact Us button.
• Services section. Each specialism (pipe, duct, mechanical and fire stop) explained in plain language for non-specialists.
• "Why Choose Us?" A section that sets out Shaishav's commitment to excellence and safety.
• Contact call to action. "Transform your insulation today!", closing the page with a clear next step.
• On-page SEO. A page title and meta description targeting insulation services in Brampton, plus a clean heading structure.

Why it works

Not every business needs a CMS. For a contractor whose services rarely change, a hand-coded site is fast, secure and costs almost nothing to run, while still looking professional and ranking for local searches. It gives Shaishav a credible online presence without ongoing upkeep.
